The House of DeBellotte Family Trust is dedicated to preserving the legacy, wealth, and heritage of the John Morris Lineage of the De Bellotte family for generations to come.

Established in Diani Beach, Kenya, this family trust is built on principles of stewardship, education, and community, ensuring that each descendant of the John Morris lineage is supported in their personal and professional growth.

Eligibility

The House of De Bellotte Family Trust is established to support the descendants of the John Morris line of the De Bellotte family. To ensure that our resources are distributed fairly and in alignment with the trust’s objectives, certain eligibility criteria have been set:

1. Trueborn Descendants

All beneficiaries must be trueborn descendants of the Patriarch, John Morris De Bellotte. This means that eligibility is confirmed through direct biological lineage, and verified at birth through paternity or maternity DNA testing.

2. Parental and Grandparental Acknowledgment

In addition to biological lineage, a descendant must be publicly acknowledged as a De Bellotte by their parent. If the parent is deceased, the acknowledgment must come from the grandparent.

3. Orphaned Descendants

Orphaned descendants, whose parents have passed away, can still be recognized as beneficiaries. Eligibility will be determined by engaging a geneticist and historian, who will conduct a thorough investigation to confirm the descendant's lineage.
